Early Life

Dr. Jobaer Alam was born on September 01, 1982 in Nilphamari, Bangladesh. His father Md. Safiqul Islam is an influential businessman and community leader in Nilphamari. His mother Mossa. Zinnatun Nessa is a teacher and organizer of women’s health support groups in Nilphamari.
Jobaer Alam attended Police line School and College and after completing SSC and HSC with star marks, enrolled in Dhaka University in 1999. During his university life he was involved with Bangladesh National Cadet core and achieved a 2-year Senior Military Science degree. He was an active member of Dhaka University Cultural Association, Musical Association and other student organizations.
With a strong inclination to Pro-liberation ideologies and the morals of Bangabondhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, he often organized and participated in various nationaly and internationaly important campaigns, seminars and conferences as an Executive Member.
