After completing his Bachelors and Masters in Science form Dhaka University, Jobaer Alam went to Canada’s Vancouver Island University for a Post-Degree Diploma program in Aquaculture Technology in 2008.
In 2011 he completed his MBA Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management in New York, USA. As per the rules of Dhaka University, his Masters degree from abroad rewarded as the M.Phil degree of the university of Dhaka. He has obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree focusing on Blue Economy of the country from university of Dhaka.
He also completed a Summer Program on Global Climate Change from Harvard University in 2012. He has also several trainings from many international organizations.
