Chairman of The Bangladesh Today, Jobaer Alam with Awami League office secretary Dr. Abdus Sobhan Golap holding up nomination Form of Dhaka North Mayoral Election.
Jobaer Alam is currently an active member of the central executive committee of Bangladesh Awami Secchasebak League and he was also an executive member of Bangladesh Chattra League (FH Hall Branch) when he was a student in Dhaka.
As a teacher he remains an active member and departmental acquaintance of Department of Oceanography of Dhaka University of the Blue Panel (Teachers’ association for Awami League).
With a long standing familial and personal popularity and involvement in politics he asked for the Mayoral nomination of Dhaka North City Corporation in 2018.
Jobaer Alam has future plans to participate in upcoming national election from his constitution Nilphamari -3.
